Outstanding experience at Discount Tire! The entire team was professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the process easy, kept me informed, and provided fast, efficient service without pushing anything I didn’t need. Discount Tire has earned my business, and I highly recommend them for tires or tire service.

I got a set of tires for my truck today at Discount tire in Opelika AL. What a team that works here. Chris Crook is a leader and great with customer service. I hope he can stay at this store because I will be back and highly recommend him and his team to take care of your needs. Thank you Chris and staff.

I made an appointment yesterday to have my tires rotated and balanced. I'm a techie person and I love the whole automated process. Signed in, scheduled a day and time, received a confirmation and a link to let them know when I was on my way to the appointment, another link to let them know I had arrived. Adam, very professional and friendly, came out and inspected the tires, I was directed to a bay for the rotation and allowed to stay in the comfort of my vehicle while they performed. Fast in and fast out. All staff were professional and courteous. The facility, unlike many tire shops, was ultra clean. I see a lot of survey questions that ask, "Did this business make you feel special," this one does! I highly recommend Discount Tire, on Frederick Rd., Opelika, AL.

I had a really great experience at Discount Tire. From the moment I arrived, the team was respectful, kind, and extremely attentive. They consistently checked in to see if I needed anything without being overbearing, which I appreciated. It made the whole process feel smooth and well cared for. They were also very efficient with time. My service was completed quickly, and it was clear that they pay close attention to detail and follow instructions carefully. Everything was handled exactly the way I asked, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. If I had to point out one small thing, it would be that I never received the text message notification that my vehicle was ready. However, I returned about 15–20 minutes later and my car was already done, so it didn’t really cause any inconvenience. Overall, it was a near-perfect experience. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

This place is basically Chick-fil-A meets a NASCAR pit crew, but with air guns instead of waffle fries. I pulled in, looked around, and for a split second thought, “Huh… nobody out front?” Turns out they were not empty. They were just that fast. Customers were coming and going so quickly they were practically teleporting. Speed aside, what really impressed me was the integrity. Their safety standards are clearly high, and I never once felt like someone was trying to upsell me into buying tires I did not need. In fact, they did the opposite. They said they could fix my tire, tried to fix it, and when it turned out it could not be saved, they covered the replacement. That kind of honesty is rare, and it absolutely cemented my loyalty. Oh, and did I mention that they will price match anybody out there? Want to beat Costco with convenience? This is the way to do it! Ariel at the front desk was incredibly polite and had everything ready to go without missing a beat. Easton was out in the pit crew bay and did an awesome job answering all my questions and even helping me think through future tire options without pressure. Adam is clearly running a tight ship, and Chris was the guy in ch
